If your provider isn’t listed, contact us—our team is happy to verify your coverage or discuss affordable self-pay options.

Common Insurance Providers We Accept

1. Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield)

  • One of the largest insurers in Florida.

  • Plans often include mental health and behavioral therapy services.

  • Prior authorization may be required for certain services.

2. Cigna

  • Offers behavioral health coverage including therapy, ABA, and psychiatric services.

  • Telehealth is commonly included.

  • Copays or deductibles may apply depending on the plan.

3. Aetna

  • Covers outpatient mental health services including CBT, DBT, and family therapy.

  • Behavioral health benefits often managed by Aetna Behavioral Health or external partners.

4. UnitedHealthcare / Optum

  • Offers extensive mental and behavioral health benefits.

  • Optum typically manages the behavioral health network.

  • Prior authorization may be needed for ABA or intensive services.
